Day 166 - 14th June 2012 - Bubbles, Frogs and a Beautiful Place

Cloudy this morning, temperature is at +13.8 so it's plenty mild. I overslept, didn't get up until 5:30am. Ahhhhh.....  I hate that. Am hoping to spend the morning at the Deeds office, cleaning up some questions about properties on Water St. Then lots of other things to accomplish.

Lexi and I had a great day yesterday. Sun came out, gentle breeze, what more can you ask for. Whipped around and did some "light housework in the morning", made cookies for the boy's lunches [Larry works with two other guys so you have to have enough for everyone] took a couple of walks over to the lake and spent a bit of time on the deck. We are so lucky to live in one of the most beautiful spots in the province.........really the world. Other than the lack of employment and one grocery store in the area it's pretty well a perfect spot. We have the forest, the ocean and lots of charm.
Not sure what Lexi had her eye on, might have been the bullfrogs singing along the shore.
Lots of rocks showing now, the lake is dropping again.
No ducks on the lake these days, so Lexi and I have to find other things to entertain us. Bubbles work!
More bubbles and a little pine pollen.
It looks really peaceful, but I think everyone in the neighbourhood was having landscaping work or something done, could hear machinery everywhere.
And of course we found another big frog!
Got a little closer, then he moved on.
Iris's are pretty well in full bloom now, they are awesome!
I noticed the neighbours have added some flowers to their planted by the driveway.
Well folks I definitely need another coffee to get myself mobile this morning. Enjoy your day!
