Day 318 - 13th November 2016 - White Breasted Nuthatch, Blue Jay and Reflections

Had a great day at the Ross Thomson House during the Christmas Crawl. Lots of people stopped in, some who weren't doing the crawl but saw we were open and even  tourists! The gift shop was busy. A few of the local reenactors joined us including a couple of children who had fun carding wool, needle felting and making spiced oranges. It was a very long day for me and I crashed last night earlier than usual. After a couple of hours of extra sleep I'm feeling pretty good this morning and Lexi had a good night as well. Think today it will be a run to Barrington for groceries and maybe a quick look around on CSI to see if there are any birds.
 The comical White Breasted Nuthatch.

On a very calm day, the reflections in the lake are so vivid.

Enjoy your day!
