Day 213 - 1st August 2015 - Black & White Warbler, Wild Roses and Black-Throated Green Warbler

Good morning August! Off to spend a day with the girls birding. We're going to head to CSI first in hopes of finding the Cuckoo and some shorebirds, a trip to Baccaro's Crows Neck beach for Terns and Plovers, maybe Sandhills Beach for shorebirds and then Yarmouth and who knows where. It's going to be a busy and fun day.
Once the rain stopped and the fog burned off it turned out to be a hot, hot day Friday. Glad to see the end of the week.  Donna and Lou-Anne arrived at supper time with supper, we took a roam around the hood which was very quiet last night. We aimed for an early night so we'd be prepared for the morning.

Black & White Warbler - love these guys.

The Black-Throated Green Warbler checking for breakfast.
Hermit Thrush hiding beneath the branches looking rather sad.
Another beautiful morning on the lake.
Wild roses - beautiful along the roadside.

Enjoy your day!
