Day 73 - 14th March 2014 - Robins, BlueJays and Woodpeckers

Brrr, temperature is -9.3, a lot different then when we woke up yesterday morning. All the grass now has a coat of snow on it again, Robins won't find much today. Still a few flurries but the stars are all out. Friday folks, for those of you in the work force it's the last day of the week. Weekend is upon us. Looks like it's suppose to warm up tomorrow but some rain on the way. Hoping Sunday is fine and maybe we will go for a roam around some more wharves or a beach - depending on the side roads.
Just a little drizzly most of the day, built a fire late in the afternoon as the temperature dropped and it started to snow. Nova Scotia weather - wait 5 minutes and it will change. Puttered around the house and the hood. Most of the snow is gone but what is left is slippery in places. Had some good news but that's for another day.
Robins were all over the yard in the morning.
Very misty morning on the lake.
The Woodpeckers hung around the feeders and yard all day.

 And finally the Red-breasted Nuthatch.
 Of course the Chickadees.
When they weren't at the suet they were in the apple trees.

Enjoy your day!
