Day 127 - 11th May 2017 -Lake, Blooms and Mallards

It did clear off on Wednesday but not warm and sunny - oh well some days are like that. It's lovely to get up to the sound of song birds and go to bed with the same sound. Song Sparrows and Hermit Thrushes are the first and last to sing every day. One of the joys of living in the country. It's a little overcast this morning, but they are claiming it will clear. Sounds like a good day for a roam in the hood and probably some more time in my sewing room. It's getting closer to returning to work, lots of things to do in the next week or two. But for now I'll enjoy the rest of my days at home.
Dark storm clouds came in over the lake after supper producing a quick rain shower.
Bushes are blooming - berries will soon be forming.
Our yard feeding Mallards, they come often now.

Enjoy your day!
