Day 126 - 10th May 2017 - Violets, Palm Warbler and Mallard

I goofed on the weather yesterday, rained hard all day, clearing after supper. Well it was a good day to work inside. Found space again in the sewing room, started a new shift(chemise) for work and had a big pot of soup simmering on the stove. Cathy stopped for coffee so she got biscuits right out of the oven and soup to go with her coffee. Looks like a better morning today, birds are singing, a pair of Mallards are having breakfast. I'm off to town to do a little volunteer work for a few hours and then some errands.

Wild Violets are blooming.

Palm Warbler hiding in the branches.
Larry's latest girlfriend, she's been coming to visit the lasts few evenings. He feeds her. Last night 4 male Mallards arrived as well.

Enjoy your day!
