Day 226 - 13th August 2016 - American Redstart, Yellow-Rumped Warbler and Brown Creeper

Looks like we might have gotten another splash of rain overnight - I'm grateful for every little drop! Might mean we don't have to water the garden this morning. I'm not sure what the game plan for today is other going to Barrington to order what I need for the Bathroom. Depends on the weather - want to side trip to Sandhills and check out shorebirds and might just continue on to Yarmouth for some shopping or make the loop around Middle Clyde. It's going to be one of those days of no fixed plans.
Friday was a good day at home, although we still suffered with high humidity. We  were blessed with 1/2 hour of rain. Managed to get a some 5 gallon buckets filled under the rain gutters - good for watering the garden. I had a roam around the hood in the morning - spotted a few birds - American Redstart, Northern Parulas, Magnolia Warblers, Black-Throated Blue, Yellow-Rumped, Black & White, Palm, Brown Creepers and White Breasted Nuthatch.  Got some light housecleaning done, made biscuits but didn't over do myself. Had a nice time at the BBQ we went to, but was home fairly early.
