Day 164 - 13th June 2014 - Ferns, Birds and Cobwebs

Woke up to rain this morning. Rain before 7 done before 11, lets see if that holds true. So it's Friday and the 13th as well as a Full Moon tonight - umm what does that tell you about the day!  Looks like it might be a wet weekend. Hopefully that will change even though we do need rain. Right now it doesn't look like I will get much of a walk in today before work. I enjoy walking and listening to the birds along the way before I head off to the office. I got rather a chuckle out of some birds in action the other day. There was a Crow and 2 Grackles chasing a Hawk in the morning. He had obviously been somewhere he shouldn't  and they were running him out. That evening a Crow was being chased by 5 Grackles - how quickly his friends changed!
A very productive Thursday - got lots done at work and it felt really good. Progress! A hard workout at exercise class last night, that Cindy sure likes to punish us.
Kind of an odd looking cloud over the lake.
 Ferns in the morning light.
Flies were bouncing over the lake.
Peaking out through the branches.

The White Breasted Nuthatch has breakfast.
Not sure what this Red-Eyed Vireo was doing maybe just stretching his wings. There sure are a lot around.
Cobwebs in the bushes.

Enjoy your day!
