Day 311 - 11th November 2017 - Red Breasted Nuthatch, Grackle and Downy Woodpecker

Remembrance Day - A Day to remember all those brave men and women who served and sacrificed for our Country. So if you aren't going to a local service, please take a few minutes this morning to give thanks and remember.
We had a good day on Friday although I didn't really accomplish much considering I was off, but sometimes that's the way it goes. Since Larry was excited with having some freedom, we made a trip to town in the morning to do some errands and pick up groceries. It was good for him to get out and see a chance of scenery and some new faces. Margie and I had lunch in Clyde River - it was a Lobster Poutine day - yum- very tasty. With some help Larry got a hand rail on the basement stairs, so now he's free to put wood in the furnace. Last evening it was off to Friday Night Club full of laughter, friendly insults and cake to celebrate! It's cold this morning and feels like the weather forecast for a "chance of flurries" may happen.  No idea what's on the agenda but I should get a few things done around here.
