Day 185 - 3rd July 2016 -- Chipmunk, Roses and Yellow Warbler

A crisp morning, air is more refreshing and the humidity has lifted. Looks like a good day in the making. Working again today. Should make a batch of muffins for Larry's lunches this week before I go. Might do a little work in the gardens at the museum this morning before it gets too hot. It's nice to be able to work outside.
Well Saturday was kind of yucky - humid, drizzle but no real rain other than some we got early in the morning. A quiet day at work. On an up note, the evening turned out lovely. I sat on the deck for a while watching a pair of Red-Eyed Vireos dancing through the Willow Tree and listening to the Loons on the lake.
Chippy running through the pea boxes - our resident Chipmunk.

Finally the peas are beginning to bloom.

My very old roses are in bloom, I suspected that the original owners of the property may have planted them.

Yellow Warbler

Enjoy your day!
