Day 137 - 17th May 2018 - Rhodora

Foggy again this morning, little drizzle in the air. Hopeful it clears and turns out fine. I'm off to town this morning - have an appointment. Sorry but the photo upload is too slow for some reason this morning. And I'm in a hurry and running late.   Birds have been singing and twittering for the last hour - love the sound of spring.  Can hear a goose or two on the lake as the honk on their way by. Trees are filling out with leaves making it harder to find birds hiding.  Seems to be lots of the same around and no new arrivals in the last day or two.  A pair of healthy looking Purple Finches were here yesterday, they don't seem to be bothered with no feeders and enjoy a bit of time in the apple tree, plucking away at buds and bugs.  Hopefully tomorrow morning things will be running faster!

Rhodora is in bloom along the lake.

Enjoy your day!
