Day 92 - 2nd April 2018 - Canada Geese and Chickadee

The full moon and stars are lighting up the sky. Beautiful morning, a light breeze which makes it a bit chilly. An Owl is calling up the lake. The weather site gives a chance of flurries this afternoon, hoping they are wrong. Looks like a few rainy days this week. Well for most people it's back to work today, the long weekend is over, a few will still enjoy another day - mostly government. Sunday it rained but cleared late in the afternoon. We cooked a turkey with all the trimmings and had Margie up for supper. It was good and now I have some leftovers to work with for meals this week. Busy day ahead, lots to do and hopefully I might find a bit of time to get outside and work in the yard. Yesterday the trees, bushes and feeders were filled with birds. The Goldfinches and Purple Finches were singing, Blue Jays chattering and a couple of Song Sparrows have returned with their spring songs.

Can always depend on the Canada Geese to be photogenic.

Chickadee

Enjoy your day!
