Day 167 - 15th June 2016 - Lady Slipper, Queen Anne's Lace and Common Yellowthroat

So my days off are over and it's time to get back to work for the rest of the week. Going to be some busy days ahead. Birds are all singing, looks like it's going to be a beautiful day. I'm off to town  early with Larry this morning so will have to do my morning walk there. Might be something hanging around the waterfront. Maybe the Eagle will be there.
Had a good day at home, weather was a little finicky - clouds, sun, overcast - drizzle and wind. Pretty much the way it's been for the last few days. By last evening it had turned around. As I sat on the deck before going to bed the sky was blue with big fluffy cotton candy like clouds.  Seems there might be more birds around the perimeter of the yard than on my walking trail.

Lots of Lady Slippers in the woods.

A male Common Yellowthroat.

Queen Anne's Lace is flowering now.
A chubby cheeked Chipmunk.

Enjoy your day!
