Day 155 - 5th June 2018 - Frost, Mist and a Red Eyed Vireo

Raining this morning, and looks like it did overnight. We can use it, the ground and forest is dry, lakes are dropping. Work today. The wind was so cold on Monday I thought we had fast forwarded to October. Yesterday seemed like a long day, I was frustrated by technology for a good portion of it - me the pc and the printer would not play well together. I eventually worked around it with a little assistance. A few visitors around - even a couple from Belgium. This is the fun part chatting with people from all over the world. We had a touch of frost in places yesterday, but we are low and protected so not much and no damage. Heard a few birds on my morning walk, but with all the wind they are not really friendly these days. Time to wake Larry up and get the day moving.

The air was colder than the water.

Enjoy your day!
