Day 37 - 6th February 2018 - Downy Woodpecker, Goldfinches and Junco

Beautiful out there this morning, so peaceful - wonder if the whole day will stay like this.  Mornings are the best part of the day. The would probably be even better if I didn't get up so early! I've noticed it doesn't get dark as early now either, but a little sunshine would be a nice thing. The days lately have been so grey and overcast. Finally finished off the bird feeders (or my part of the painting), Larry needs to varnish them, put on the screen and the rope. First thing done on my Monday list. Did a few things around the house, quick roam in the hood once the rain stopped and exercise class last night. Time to get back to doing more walking. Today, at least half of the day will be dedicated to some purging and spring cleaning. Larry had a good first day back to work, didn't seem tired so once again all is right with the world or at least the small portion of my bubble.
Downy Woodpecker - they are in and out of the feeder all day and spend a lot of time in the old apple trees.
 More daily visitors - Goldfinches

Not a great shot - one of a number of Juncos.

Enjoy your day!
