Day 209 1st August 2017 - Sailboat, Hermit Thrush and Northern Parula

Good Morning August! Walked along the private road to catch my ride Monday morning, the water has seriously dropped. Rocks are visible everywhere and a wide swath of beach along the shoreline. The grass in the yard is starting to get brown patches too. Good day at work, not a lot of visitors around which is disappointing but always things to do just the same. The day is rarely idle. Beautiful morning again, birds are flitting around the yard, Hummingbirds are fighting at the feeder. These days the deck is a danger zone.

A relatively new addition to the lake.
Hermit Thrush - looks like he might be a youngster.
Spied this Northern Parula in one of the trees by the museum.

Enjoy your day!
