Day 266 - 27th September 2017 - The Lake, Swamp Sparrow and Boats

Warm and humid this morning, a little rain is falling but not enough to really do much, more on the way for the next day. Up again too early (3:30am). Internet is acting up, time to call and get the satellite dish for it twitched a bit. My morning jaunts around the hood have been quiet these days, not much in the way of birds around other than the standard Blue Jays, Nuthatches, Grackles and Starlings. Hopefully something odd will stop by on it's migration. Quick trip to town this morning to stock up on groceries, finish packing then we are off to Kentville this afternoon. Larry's surgery tomorrow. Not sure if I'll have a chance to post Thursday or not depends on internet access etc.
Early morning sunlight and mist on the lake.

 Swamp Sparrow hiding out.
Still some boats in the harbour, think we'll be able to enjoy them for another couple of weeks before they are hauled in for the season.

Enjoy your day!
