Day 251 - 12th September 2017 - Fungus, White Breasted Nuthatch and Yellow Rumped Warbler

Stars are twinkling in the sky this morning and an Owl is hooting up the lake. Going to be a good day. I'm off for a few days but there's lots to do. Hummingbirds are moving on. Had two at the feeder yesterday morning but none last evening, although I'll leave the feeder out for a while in case strays are passing through and need a fill up. Monday morning's walk was quiet and wet, saw a Wood Duck in one of the coves but not much else. Lots of mushrooms popping up through the ground. Plenty to do today, so I guess I better get started...but first another cup of coffee.
No idea what kind of fungus this is, but it's kind of cool

Enjoy your day!
