Day 147 - 7th July 2018 - Common Yellowthroat, Yellow Warbler and Great Blue Heron

The humidity has  dropped, the air is cool and refreshing out there this morning. The sun is going to shine, but hopefully it will be a lot more comfortable than it has been. Friday was brutal with humidity, but we did get about 6 hours of much needed rain. And boy oh boy did it come down. A bit of thunder and lightening tossed in for good measure. Temperatures should remain between 20 and 25 for the next few days which are much easier to live in. A breeze has picked up, the moon is slowing going to bed and dawn is crawling up over the lake. Looks like a good day in the making. I'm at work all day, but should do the grocery shopping before going in... or maybe do some birding at the industrial park.

Common Yellow Throat Warbler, doesn't quite have a solid black mask yet.

Yellow Warbler

Great Blue Heron, flying away.

Enjoy your day!
