Day 143 - 3rd July 2018 - Northern Parula, Great Blue Heron and Yellow Warbler

Another foggy morning, with promises of more heat again today. Cobwebs clutter the lawn - a sure sign of a hot day. The Song Sparrows, Red Eyed Vireo, Blue Jays and Crows are singing. A Hermit Thrush was sitting on a deck post. Love early mornings. Had a good couple of days off but back to work today. Yesterday we headed off towards Lockeport, intending to go to Hemeon's Head but the fog was so thick we gave it up. Found a few Warblers on some side roads and got home just before lunch as the fog was lifting. Larry spent some time in the garden weeding, I went off to Lois' to go swimming and then just spent the rest of the day chilling and puttering around the house.
