Day 145 - 5th July 2018 - Northern Parula, Wild Roses and Red-Eyed Vireo

I  believe Wednesday was the hottest day yet, even the breeze was hot. Happy to have today off, at least I won't be wearing several layers of clothes and bundled up from head to toes! It's a bit cooler this morning and no fog in sight yet, but suppose to be warm again. Rain on the way for tomorrow - thankful for that, might just move the heatwave out.  I can see the red glow of daylight coming between the trees and the lake. Birds are beginning to twitter away - morning songs. Guess the best thing to do is buzz around early and get some housework done and a casserole or something put together for supper the next few nights. Then it will be off for Thelma and Louise lunch and maybe a swim in the lake later this afternoon.
