Day 70- 11th March 2018 - Red Breasted Nuthatch, Chickadee and Bald Eagle

Looks like winter out there again, hope my Tulips and Daffodils survive. We've got an inch or two on the ground and the trees are all covered. Ugh....... as much as I know it's not time for it to be over I've looked forward to spring, especially  after working in the flower bed the other week. Suppose to go to Barrington today and hopefully get in a little birding, so hopefully the roads will be clear later this morning. Did the grocery thing yesterday (will get what I couldn't get today).  I spent the afternoon in the kitchen doing lunch box prep, Larry blocked up some wood so he split again on another day. This is one thing we are ahead of - next winter's wood! The feeders were busy - a little snow will do that. Most of the day the weather flipped and flopped - rain, wet snow or hail. Seemed it changed every five minutes.  Hope everyone remembered to set the clocks ahead!
