Day 139 7th September 2018 - The Lake, Flycatcher and Blue Jay

Here's the first week of September zooming by, going to be another fast month. Not a bad day at work yesterday, but not really busy. Bluenose comes in this weekend for a couple of days so that should stir up some visitors. All afternoon it looked like it might rain - sky was dark and overcast, but nothing appeared. Doesn't really look like any rain in sight. Have had a lot of Palm Warblers in the yard, going through the grass (such as it is) looking for bugs and insects I assume. They are all gathering together and soon will head off. No signs of Hummingbirds last evening.
 Calm morning on the lake

Flycatcher - no idea what kind

Blue Jay

Enjoy your day!
