Day 159 - 9th June 2018 - Cedar Waxwing, Hummingbird and Northern Parula

A little fog and cool this morning but you can see the sun breaking through the tree line and know it's going to be a nice day. Work again today, I'm debating whether to do grocery shopping before or after. I skipped marbles last night with the brilliant idea of catching up on my sleep and rest last night but instead spent and hour roaming the house at 2am. Oh well I did get back to bed and asleep after a while. Will have to wait until Larry gets up to see if the girls beat him or not. Busy day yesterday with a school group and then butter making - few more people around, not sure what today and tomorrow will bring. Well Big B. spent the night in the museum - starting to be a habit with her, so I had to delve into some photos from a few weeks ago. We came home to a leaking pipe last night, so Larry has that job on his list of fun things today. Boiled Lobster, potato salad, coleslaw and strawberry shortcake take out from the Sandy Point Lighthouse was wonderful for supper. Wish I could get to the one at the Upper Clyde Hall today but I won't be off work in time.

Cedar Waxwing in the apple blossoms - sadly both are gone now.

The Hummingbirds are active and the feeder empties quickly

Northern Parula

Enjoy your day!
