Day 280 - 6th October 2012 - Fall Leaves and Ducks

Saturday, Larry's off to the woods to work on a cottage for someone. Lexi and I are home - gingerbread whoppie pies are on the list today. Have to make them for a dear girl coming home for the weekend.  Thinking we will go to the Park this evening and visit our friends in the mini home [ha!ha!]. Should change my hair today and get rid of the grey. Picked up a nice burgundy color last night on the way home and you know that always perks a girl up! Suppose to be cloudy and clear later today, temperatures are still mild +13.6 this morning - gotta love that.
Yesterday was crazy. Why is it the day you have a lot to do goes totally out of control. Thank goodness Trina was in. Got the accounting stuff all done up, people picked up their auction items, researchers in, phone ringing off the hook. You know it was just nuts! Wanted to get the rest of the stuff photographed for the next auction but sure didn't get that done.

It was pretty looking across at the park yesterday morning. Umm...I noted someone hadn't left for work yet.

There were a few ducks in the lake, they are swimming through the tree reflections.
