Day 254- 10th September 2016 - Yellow Rumped Warbler, Cedar Waxwing and Northern Parula

Nice morning out there, even though it's still dark. Stars are all out, air is clearer. I can hear an Owl but not the regular ones I hear - a different Hoot. Something is roaming in the yard - no doubt one of the deer to finish off what's left of the garden. Should be a good day for birding, not sure what route we'll take but will end up in the Cape Sable Island area with a stop on the way back at Barrington to finish off grocery shopping and pick up taps, shower head etc for the renos. Good day at work Friday although the humidity was terrible. Had lunch with an old childhood friend and a nice walk after supper. Ended up drinking tea with Lois on her deck - maybe too much tea as I was wide awake half of the night.
Yellow-Rumped Warbler - you can see where they get their name.
 Young Cedar Waxwing
 Common Yellowthroat
Northern Parula

Enjoy your day!
