Day 240 - 1st September 2017 - Common Yellowthroat, Mushroom and Hummingbird

Good Morning September - you bring cooler nights and mornings but still lovely sunny days. Although your shorter days don't impress me but you can't have everything. Stars are all out and the Owls are hooting up at the head of the lake. It was a good day at work, mostly pretty quiet, this is the week that most families travelling are home now getting ready for the return to school, next week those who are retired will start travelling again. Summer students finished up yesterday, just us "Senior" Guides left. Overall, it's been a good summer. My morning walks are getting very quiet - a few Common Yellowthroat Warblers around but not much else.

 Common Yellowthroat.

Seems the spring through the ground overnight

High on a wire - a Hummingbird rests.

Enjoy your day!
